The thing about HAARP is if something like that did exist, how come they don't use it when an area of the country is experiencing severe droughts? HAARP is one of the rather unbelievable conspiracies.

With some of the camping gear available today, this shouldn't really be much of an issue for those who are truly dedicated to what they've got going on down there.

I did see that some places in NY state got over 2 feet. That's unreal for October.
