Public Apology to Newbie Nudes - and GFY
 

Without going into details, there is apparently something wrong with me. Something that causes me to lash out when I get over-tired.

I just got home a few hours ago after having my first real sleep in weeks, and I am embarrassed by the way I've behaved here. I have to go back to hospital 8 a.m. Monday, but there's a good chance (seeing as how I won't be sleeping...) that I might randomly snap again.

So I apologize to Newbie Nudes and the general GFY population for my recent behaviour. Newbie Nudes is a good site. He's a bitch to get in touch with, but he's a good guy.

Right now, I just seem to be focusing my anger on him. And DVTimes. And a couple other people here.

I don't know WHEN I'll be out of hospital, or even IF I'll get out, but maybe could someone ban me from GFY until further notice? I am literally humiliating myself and I have no control over it.

I DO love you all - but in five minutes I might just hate you. And I can't control it.

Frankly, its humiliating. My behaviour is becoming more embarassing with every passing day. Honestly, I'm getting pissed off now for no reason.

Is the reason you are doing this conected with your hospital visits?

You could ask your dr for a mood stabiliser - I am on carbamazapine, it seems to help.
