Satellite launch tonight for you on the West Coast

NASA is lauching a new weather satellite on a Delta II rocket out of Vandenberg at 2:48am. Those of you close by will probably be able to see it.

If you are in LA, just watch the sky in the NNE direction.

LOL, how would I know?

Look at where Vandenberg is on a map relative to your location, then go outside and watch the sky in that direction. Its very possible that you may see something.
