Easiest way to back up contacts from Android to my computer?

What app do you recommend for this? I'd like something that auto-syncs everything.

Personally I just sync them with my google account since that functionality is already built into the phone, then you could export them in CSV or vCard if you needed to.

Log into your gmail. Hit "Contacts" on the left navigation.

Mine are all there at least.
