True Amateur Models is not based in Australia but the site is pretty similar to the sites that you have described. And I might add that it is illegal to produce, sell or distribute non-classifiable material (X Rated) in Australia. The laws are exactly as I described earier in this thread. Those who are producing porn in Australia, albeit very few of them, are trying to fly under the radar, so to speak.

I know some models who have shot for GoW and it would appear that they have been misinformed by GoW - I consulted a Media Lawyer who is an expert in this area and his advice to me was to stay well away from shooting, producing and distributing unclassifiable material in this country. To place it such material on a US-based server has no bearing. It is where it was produced which would put one at risk.

I do wonder about cam models though. It hasn't been tested yet.
