Not sure what is going on, but im getting a 20 minute wait time on the helpdesk chat that normally answers in 3 seconds.

The phonebilling isnt working (0900) and im losing sales here left and right.

Somebody from ccbill please check this, and/or hit me up asap on the messengers.
