Why don't dying blogs just make their shit a pay site?
 

Thread title says it all.

You can get 3000 visitors daily and make over 100K per year. Why, oh why, do you still send to a program?

Make your own fucking site. Call up amajoe or that guy in russia to get you content... it's not that expensive.

There are a lot of things wrong with that logic...

A good affiliate won't necesarily make a good program owner.

An affiliate has far more options and sources of income by promoting several sites under one domain as opposed to trying to sell their own product.

A LOT more time and effort and resources and everything else goes into running a program... and most affiliates are either not interested in the extra headaches, or aren't really able to handle it all.

Most affiliates run their sites themselves, try running an even half decent program by yourself... We currently have 3 people on our team full time, and a 4th part time, and we're all so swamped it's not even funny.

Running progras these days is hit or miss.. unless you can dominate the niche you're in then you're bound to fail.

And many other reasons I'm sure I missed...

most people don't own the rights to the photos on their blogs, but once they start to make money from those photos...you see how fast the owners demand removal.

some of the Asian girls facebook groups have thousands of photos in albums of models, but there just on display.

I'm not saying the blog will be a paysite. Simply capitalize on the traffic.

Say, for instance, you have a a blog that caters to a certain niche. That niche, maybe its girls in stockings, would be worth over 100K with unique content and a paysite.

If you don't believe me, try it out. If you have a site with unique hits sending to various programs I will make it a pay site. Hit me up if you have the balls.

Yes it's 1-166 a day with sign ups and retained members at 50% rev share.

Any blog owner doing that wouldn't dream of opening a shit paysite to send his own traffic to.
