Nats question

Hello,

I'm using an affiliate program the has NATS. Currently I can see a few join submits but no joins. Do you when it converts to a join and what is the +- ratio there (1:10 / 1:100 / 1:1000) ?

Kind regards,
Ward

NATS tracks joins in real time so if you don't see joins you don't have any.

A join submit is usually just the first page, meaning the customer submitted email and desired user/password. He may or may not have had any intention of pulling out a credit card at that point, depending how strong the pre-sell was.

As far as your question about ratios, there is no answer. Most people consider any ratio better than 1:1000 with regular surfer traffic to be good.

To add to the the definition, a join submit is a form submit of the first page, meaning the customer submitted email and desired user/password AND did not end in an error. Also, do note that special options (such as GXBill and others) that are placed at bottom of page in the general NATS template do not count join submits.
