I loved Weeds for the first few seasons then it just kind of got old and wore me down, but Breaking Bad continues to be amazing.

Agree. These two series are in different leagues. I liked weeds (only first couple seasons though, now its just soap opera with stupid scebario), but breaking bad is in the A league (same where sopranos, wire and all that goes). While weeds is in the C league. Maybe B-

I'll have to agree, Weeds was pretty good up to the last season... didn't see breaking bad yet, so no idea how good that is...

tough call. Two best shows on TV in a LONG time.

I WOULD have said weeds until last season. I really think they do a good job bringing those characters to life. Last season was good and definitely a transition as far as the show goes, but they really need to pull a rabbit out of the hat for next year or they may start to loose me. Its going to be a big hit or a big bomb. BB has also been amazing since the first episode while Weeds didn't really become great until season 3 or so. I think season 6 of Weeds was one of the best years a show has ever had, but 7 sort of "lost" something as far as the connection to the characters.

If you have not watched BOTH from the pilot on, you are missing out in a big way. If you do, DONT judge Weeds until you have gotten through season 3-4. It didn't become the show it is until Esteban shows up. 2c

breaking bad way more exciting, clever

I was really into weeds, but I just think their story is stretched to thin and not going anywhere. first 2 seasons were great but now it seems dull

Weeds jumped the shark for me after season 2, the same shit over and over and over. No contest here.

Weed has lost a bit of it's charm but still has some very funny moments. Breaking Bad is just amazing though.
