"The other day I was working and this very cute chick came in. She was looking for a sales job, was ill prepared but attractive. She came back with a resume and they decided not to hire her due to fearing having a young, attractive coed may cause some issues on the sales floor.
To see if there was any cause for concern they googled her name...

This is against the law as reason to not hire:

It depends on that states occupation and employment laws. In some states you can choose to not hire or fire any person for any reason other than those specifically protected, namely age, race, creed, gender and sexual orientation.

They might just say she was too pretty and thus a disruptive influence in the work place.
