Anyone had problems with ClickCash?

As of last night I had over 60 sales (about 1750$ for the week) . This morning I wake up, magically half of my ppfs sales disappeared, and my check is 900$. They basically jacked half my check, no explanation , no response to emails, I called, no answer.

I've never had one problem with clickcash or their payout, is this the kind of business they are becoming now? Any reps care to respond to this? I'm beyond furious and ready to leave and take my affiliates that I brought to CC as well with me.

What language do you speak naturally, Mr. Fish? Whatever it is, I like it:

crowkid 10-14-2011 01:53 PM

Emily's been active on the board since my first post on their forum. Either she's too busy or ignoring it, I'm not sure. Are we all just going to get ripped off? I hope not, I've been good to them and they to me as well.

Nikki_Licks 10-14-2011 03:35 PM

Here is a bump for you guys, hope it all gets straightened out.

poisson 10-14-2011 03:36 PM

I got 2 email from clickcash explaining the situation.

You should have receive some too.

That said; i feel i got ripped off because they wont pay the bonus that was advertise instead they are going to extend their promotion to compensate. In their email they state the error was in my favor and to keep the 90$ they over pay me. In reality i was 340$ short for that week because they dint pay the bonus 20$ per sign up.

I decided to stop promoting them.

BIGTYMER 10-14-2011 03:40 PM

Their mistake. They should eat the loss and move on!

Bump for accountability.

crowkid 10-14-2011 08:12 PM

links pulled, and I will let all my friends in the biz to stay far away from ClickCash.

Babaganoosh 10-14-2011 08:20 PM

Haha, clickcash was doing scummy shit years ago. I haven't sent them a single hit in probably 7-8 years.

goodsites 10-14-2011 09:40 PM

No shocker here, I had referral clients sending them 100 signups a day some 7-8 years ago, they said that I personally asked to close my re-occuring referred clients account which i didn't, and they couldn't prove nor would try to prove I asked them, and stole the downline tier commissions from me and wouldnt fix it, 10 jallion free signups to aff instead :D their loss, enjoy the chump change ya stole CC, ya lost millions for it

crowkid 10-15-2011 01:48 AM

Bye bye Clickcash:321GFY

BIGTYMER 10-15-2011 02:03 AM

I bet none of you really pulled links. :)

I stoped sending traffic; not saying gfy Links pulled

I dont say i'll never send traffic again.

Clickcash is good sometimes but arrogant some other times.

For exemple i sent à month of traffic to their % payout program with great results the first week then nothing, i sent an email asking for explanation; asking if there was a hold or something and got
no answer.

Let's hear it. It's always disappointing to hear when a relatively big sponsor pulls shit like this. :(

That's why I'm glad we have GFY. :thumbsup

Nikki_Licks 10-16-2011 07:15 AM

I would assume the big question is, is clickcash closing down or is the first signs of a program on the verge of closing?

Amazing they have no response to this issue :helpme

porno jew 10-16-2011 10:15 AM

thought they had a rep on the board? someone used to promote them here.

Nikki_Licks 10-17-2011 06:14 AM

Any clickcash reps around to help these people out?

The silence is amazing :helpme

ClickCashEmily 10-17-2011 09:18 AM

To Our ClickCash Affiliates:

You were recently contacted regarding an issue with the reporting of stats to you, where stats displayed in an incorrect payout program when you reviewed your stats. The issue was corrected, and you were notified about this issue via e-mail.

Each impacted affiliate has been also personally contacted by either myself or Stacy with regards to their specific account issues from last week this morning.

Again, we at ClickCash do apologize for the error and are working to ensure that our affiliates remain happy with their participation in the ClickCash program. If there are any remaining concerns following the e-mails from this morning, please just let me know. The best way to reach me is via e-mail to [email protected].

The issue was answered via email last Friday explaining what happened. It was a stats reporting error. At first I was like "wtf" because I noticed some sales went missing but then after looking into it myself I figured out what happened. I was also wondering why my sales had jumped so high for no apparent reason too so I was already a little suspicious that something may be wrong. No one else thought it was odd that they had a big jump in sign ups? There was no cheating, or not getting credit for your sales, after looking around the stats area it was easy to see that your PPS potential sign ups were being credit to the wrong payment program.

From what I can see with my own stats this happened from Fri - Tues. They let you keep 100% of the money from the mistake on Fri/Sat and then for Sun-Tues they corrected the error and put the sign ups in the correct program.

From my understanding (Emily correct me if I am wrong), if you are getting paid on the free credit card join and someone signs up, if they have a valid credit card but there is an issue like no funds available etc... Instead of just denying the person, ifriends allows them to make an account. Obviously, we are not going to get paid for a sign up that ifriends can not make any money from it. So those sign ups are placed into the PPS program. If that person comes back at a later date and is able to spend money then you get paid $100+ and get credit for a PPS join vs an IF join. This error they had sounds like signups that should have gone into the PPS program but didn't and affiliates were getting paid out on those people via the IF program. All they did was fix the error putting those people back into the correct program, the same way things have always worked.

I see no fault with a company having a stats error and fixing it to the way it should be, at no detriment to the affiliate. No sign ups were "lost" they were just moved back to where they were suppose to be. It's not like they asked for people to send them money back from the previous check which included the money made from the error on Fri/Sat . Everyone got that for free. I also suspect that if some of you posting that were upset had actually contacted them they would have gone out of their way even more to make you feel better about the situation. I bet it's still not to late to talk to them if you are still mad about what happened.

Good to know, although I am not on that mail list. Usually when complaints like these get no response from the program, it's usually a bad sign. Just saying.

Good to see it all got worked out :winkwink:

Is your current email account listed in your clickcash admin area? If so you should have received the email notice. If not, I would contact Emily to find out why.

There was no funny business, just an error, that gave some of us excitement as it made our sales stats jump, but was easily explained, corrected, and we still came out ahead from the problem.

ClickCashEmily 10-17-2011 11:35 AM

Sorry that there wasn't a response on the board earlier, though we did get an e-mail out to the impacted affiliates asap.

Nikki, all impacted affiliates should have received that e-mail. If your account was impacted by this issue but you didn't receive an e-mail notification, please drop me a line to [email protected] and I can look into it why you didn't receive the e-mail.
