    There's a hole in the bucket.

    The problem is it's too easy to put up a site, give items away for free and skim 1-1,000s to buy something. Sometimes something tangible sometimes you just view. No one ever cared about the 999 they were losing they only counted the 1 that bought. This applies to anything online.

    In adult even more.

    So anyone who claims to be doing better than ever. Be honest is that because traffic growth is staying in front of the ever widening ratios or you are actually converting more people from the same number of viewers?

    Online adult never thought of the day when online viewers in countries it could bill would slow down to the level that free really started to hurt them. Or when not only that took effect but the exodus to free over took the the growth in Internet connection in countries we could sell to effectively.

    Now we've arrived at this time. Free Tubes that make joining a paysite less relevant, MFC that's starting to hit web cams and soon it will be dating. Then maybe the funding for Tubes will dry up and they will become less profitable. Still will it bring paying customers back or will Tubes adapt to the new revenue income to stay profitable?

    There's a hole in the bucket and unless it can be fixed the water will keep flowing out, it used to be a leak, now a flow. Who ever holds the bucket the flow will be theirs.

                                  I've decided to update the picture of the bucket.

                                  Tomorrow will have to do it again and make more holes.



                                  Mr Moronic post. I'm suggesting people have just woken up to the fact free porn is bad. Well some people.

Were they better or worse than this time last year? Not traffic flow, ratios. Getting more traffic to fill the leaking bucket has got us to here.

                                                                                                      It works for the one getting the traffic, until the one losing it takes the traffic back. The growth in online connections IN THE PLACES WE CAN SELL TO isn't replacing the losses now.

                                                                                                      And anyone who thinks it will improve when the economy improves is a fool. Look at the Euro Zone for that answer. Then pray those who have discovered free porn want to return to buying.

Traffic/sales ratio has always been about the same (about 1/500). The only thing is that we have to update more frequently to get the same amount of sales.

                                                                                                              This year is going to be a bit worse than last year but I don't blame that to piracy but to having to take new productions offline due to a copyright issue which may be solved later.

                                                                                                              I think there will always be a good market for good content. Producers producing crap will be destroyed first by the piracy and I don't think I can be sad about that. The strong survive.

                                                                                                              We still plan to start giving our older content away for free because we're sure it will generate a lot of traffic and it will make our site work as a magnet, people can watch our porn in higher resolution/qualiy, no pop-up banners, no spyware so we take away their reason to go google on our videos and watch them on crap tubes.

                                                                                                              If all producers would start doing this and tube each other's videos, the whole existing tube industry would blow up within a few months, and even better, we have the tube sites promoting our new thing for free because most tubes don't bother to remove our watermarks.

                                                                                                              For next year we're planning new fetish sites from which we're expecting good things.

                                                                                                              Remember, people don't go to tube sites because they like to go to tube sites. They go there because they want to see OUR videos. And the more difficult we make things for these tube sites, the more people will start pulling their credit cards again and buy our porn from US directly.

Not mine and not your affiliates, they see what the problems are when they hit the site or the traffic doesn't convert. So trolling me about me helping you to get better pictures is stupid, get a better shooter or get him trained.
