A semi decent designer could have made that for yo in under an hour.....Just talking design. And it would have looked 50 times better.

It's tough to whip out the credit card for images that look so horrible on the tour.

I can see why this made you no money.

Content may be king, but the design of that site just seems so... blurry. Not to mention piss-poor effort on the "create desirability" front.

Also, "ladies". "Ladys" just makes me feel like I enter my cc info = 10 minutes later my shit goes up for sale on some russian carder site.

It is easy to see why this wasn't a success. Anything a little less-obvious to show?

I used a Free TGP template.
Most of the work was rendering the Photosets and HD videos.
Designers can do much better i am sure i tried to hire some of them but 800 dollars for a simpel header made me decide not to waste any time with those design hippies again.

ALL OF MINE!?! But there has been sooo many, Mr. Perfect Candy Flip. I do NOT know where to start. 90% of my new sites are failures. I don't even own most of them any more - I let them go. I make one site that's profitable for every ten sites I make. I don't like it, either.

all of my mainstream projects have flopped. i cannot make any headway in that area.

Russian Campus Girls - Well, not really a flop, as it at least paid the design and content and I made something like 1.5k on top. However, probably a waste of content to make an AVS site with it.

Russian Cam Babes - I re-vamped the site a couple of times and sent a lot of targeted traffic from my other Russian sites... It's just that I can do what I want, I'm unable to convert cam sites.

Euro Hardcore Teens - Was never able to push this TGP to any decent traffic level, so it's pretty much on auto pilot now.

Sometimes it's hard to let go of sites that don't make money. Even harder to own up to it and move on. :2 cents:

OK yes... Now you got my back up and im gonna reply. All the work you see on my portfolio is CUSTOM work for clients. I DONT DO COOKIE CUTTER. You asked me to sell you the PSD's of work that I had done for a client for $100. If i did that... NOBODY would hire me EVER again. Each design is unique to each client....

Now i dont want to get in a fight with you. But that request was quite un-ethical. If your looking for a template.. go to a template site. I dont think there is a designer on the bourd who would disagree with me. And I know my clients certainly agree with me.Thats why they hire me.......

i tried doing the spanking niche but couldn't help myself from laughing so hard. the niche lovers like you to be serious and stern. so i scrapped the project after a few shoots

Hey, everyone has to start learning somewhere! Good try for a first effort. A few good points raised though:

1) Things like proper grammar and punctuation (and the lack thereof) can affect your credibility. Proofread carefully! If English is not your native language, get a native English speaker to review your text before you publish.

2) Make sure that your CSS is cross-browser compatible. I see a huge purple block at the top of the main page, and I'm running Safari.

3) Again with the CSS, some of the fonts are off.
