No kidding. The way they operate seems to change from day to day. The CMI is changing every two days telling webmasters when to expect payment and for which periods.

CCBILL on the other hand posts a message during holidays warning that their MAY be a delay in recieving checks. Other than that it's business as usual. No constant shuffling and the constant cmi display issues that seem to crop up every week at Ibill.

Switch to CCBILL or Jettis. I'm not familiar with CCBILL's affiliate programs but Jettis is going well. I do know that CCBILL pays on time, every time (I get my payments wired). When I used to get checks they were in my mailbox like clockwork. I fucking love those guys and would sleep with them.

This is the main issue now with Ibill...Everything changes every week. When I started up with them they were #1 for reliability, and the CMI figures and dates always were perfect. In November 2001 things started to go awry... in my case a lot of users and rebills were just plain lost. They still exist in my pincode system here, but there are no records of them in the CMI.

Despite the troubles for the past few months they have been handling sales and converting well for me. I am fortunate to get wires so I haven't had any IbillEU checks bouncing.

All they need to do is run steadily with what they have for 6 months or so. Forget about "Next Generation" or new offices or whatever and just make sure everything WORKS perfectly for a period. After that then they should fire the managers who let this happen in the first place...If I was CEO I would.

Things have changed indeed. When I was using iBill way back in the stone-age days of 1997, they were THE processor to use. Actually there wasn't much choice back then. Over the years they have certainly degraded (understatement). Got burnt with iBill several times (horrendous customer servivce issues). Got burnt big time with DMR when they went under. Got burnt again with OBS Billing when they went under. I think it's just a matter of time until iBill goes bye-bye based on everything I have read over the past few months.

Globill has been the best by far. Jettis and ACpay look like possible up and comers. Might be high time for all you iBill die-hards to make a mass migration to other processors...otherwise you might indeed DIE HARD!!!

I used Ibill 5 years ago and they sucked then the only reason so many people used them was they where the only show in town.
Epoch rules dump Ibill they seem to be in trouble ?????

But seriously, anyone using iBill needs to pull there head out of their ass and face the cold douche of reality. The company is literally insane, inept, senile, vacant, vapid PLUS they bite, blow and suck -- simultaneously. CCBill will shock you with their great customer service, friendly sales reps, helpful tech crew -- they're actually a fucking anomaly in this biz -- and that's the kinda freak show you want on your side.:thumbsup
