....cock for you closet homos :1orglaugh:1orglaugh

seriously I think cool/cold water is the very best drink in the world. rather drink water than anything. as a matter of fact when I dine out I always drink water... usually carbonated, but regular water is great too! at home I drink water and coffee.... sometimes diet sodas but usually just water... I used to drink milk as a kid, but no more... if I have cereal, almond milk is surprisingly FUCKING GOOD!! who in the hell ever figured out soaking almonds in water would make great milk???? WTF... over...

and food. I love olives, cheese, peanut butter... I don't buy that stuff anymore :( I will eat cheese or olives on a pizza or burger sometimes but don't keep them around the house.. and my other 'hating life no-no' is hot sourdough bread and butter... whoa... uhmmmmm... hard to imagine anything better than hot bread and butter... except MAYBE hot cornbread and butter.... but heavy flour overdoes just kills all my energy these days... :(

what about you guys???

I pretty much eat whatever I want but in relative moderation..

axing things you love just sounds like a poor life decision to me.. unless it does direct harm anyway... Things like bacon wrapped deep fried chocolate twinkies aren't my idea of a life enhancer so I do believe there are limitations still ;)

I am trying to cut down on my red meat intake lately, only because I eat it far too much not because I want to eliminate it completely.

I stopped eating red meat before... bad decision on my part.. as soon as I started eating red meat again my energy level went up through the roof. I don't keep olives, cheese and PB around because I don't eat them in moderation ... and bread just makes me feel bad

Coffee in the mornings, water before and after working out especially, and home brewed beer at night.

I stopped eating a lot of processed foods, but nothing too permanent I dont think. I want to try some soy based or almond milk because I guess it lasts a long time in the fridge which would be nice if true.

Yea rice milk is great too. Sometimes I just need a break from milk. They do last a long time, they have them setting outside in the stores...so...good stuff.

try the vanilla almond milk... you'll be pretty surprised for sure. I use heavy cream in my coffee

Paul Markham 10-07-2011 10:40 AM

I guess it's yogurt drinks, coffee or tea now. That's all I can drink.

The list of what I can't eat now and used to love is too long for the board. Basically anything the slightest bit sharp or spicy. No saliva means no lining to your mouth. Made some garlic butter at the weekend and it was like eating fire. :1orglaugh

nah, thanks, i just want regular plain milk. here it comes usually with 1.5% fat, thats fine with me. but nowadays i only allow myself max. half a litre per day - too many calories. so i mostly drink water

In the past was way too fond of good Single Malt Scotch, now is a rare pleasure indeed.

ya know, I've never been able to acquire a taste for alcohol of any kind...

thickcash_amo 10-07-2011 03:53 PM

I have to have coffee....infact I am drinking some now. I love LaCroix sparkling water or just regular water. I am totally digging Fage plain greek yogurt right now. It taste soo good I am surprised its not bad for me!
I love to bake but I usually make things with real butter and dont substitute for healthy ingredients, so it gets me in trouble later when I keep making sure it came out ok and can't stop eating what ever it is I made.

LeRoy 10-07-2011 03:58 PM

Budweiser :)

Holly Lez! 10-07-2011 04:03 PM

I stopped drinking all soda, including diet!

L-Pink 10-07-2011 04:12 PM

I drink a gallon of water a day. Drink liquor but stopped drinking beer and all soft drinks.

I'm a coffee and chocolate junk. I allow myself the coffee but not the chocolate. Here's what happened about 4 years ago... I had bought a one month supply of chocolate and I ended up eating nothing but chocolate for about one week. Chocolate bars for breakfast, Mars bars for lunch, and chocolate bars for supper. I was in chocolate heaven for one week. Then I got constipated, a big chunk of clay built up in my bowel. I was sitting on the toilet singing "don't step on my blue suede shoes" and couldn't get it out and gave up, tried again the next day and gave up again. The third or fourth day the bloody thing finally came out, but with it the last part of my bowel came out too, with a lot of blood. This is called an anal prolapse. Look up the photos on Google.com then you'll know what my ass looked like. To make things worse my anus locked up while the bowel bits were still out so I wasn't able to push things back inside, and it stayed like this for a few days and those were the most painful days of my life. I've done a lot of swearing and cursing, even at my dead mother :1orglaugh

After one week I had the courage to take my problem to my family doctor who sent me to hospital.

Now every time I see my family doctor (maybe once every two years because I'm a tough guy) he always asks me... "still able to stay away from the chocolate?" :1orglaugh

So when I'm in the supermarket now and approach the chocolate department I have this voice in my head saying.... "don't do it" lol

O sorry I forgot.. what's my favorite now.

Well I have an apple- and a chestnut tree in my garden and both are dropping very healthy snacks at the moment so twice a day I go there to gather the fruits before the squirrels take them. And lots of coffee. And beer and French red wine and cheese of course.

I would never share this in a mainstream forum. I still have photos of my accident, gay people might find them sexy?

MrMaxwell 10-07-2011 04:27 PM

I love Coca Cola with Dr. Pepper with Ice
I love steak dinners but can't afford them anymore because I have made huge mistakes
I should write a book about what not to do in life

LOL!

How you're doing now in general, Paul... are you like officially 100% cured or do you still get checked weekly/monthly?

Favorite beverage would be a tie between good beer and great wine. As far as what I don't eat now that I used to, fast food. I would much rather wait and have a great meal over some Super size me meal.

Spunky 10-07-2011 07:12 PM

I like beer.
