    How can you create a new paypal account if your account gets flagged?

    I need paypal so desperately to do business online
    Those assholes deleted my account over a $9 purchase I made years ago to someone who had a shady background, and I have been trying since to get a new account.
    They always ban my new accounts within days whenever I try to make a new one..

    Is there an alternative? How can I get a new paypal account?

      Use all different info, i.e. different bank, emails, IPs etc.
      Have a family member do it for you.
      Form a company and use that as the info for the account.

                          That's weird, I have two Paypal accounts and never had a problem, same info but all I did was use "Nicolas" instead of "Nick" as my first name to create the second one.

                              they dont just ban your account you need to provide evidence many on what you have sold/purchased or confirm your identity

                                  You're allowed 1 personal account.

                                  You are also allowed business accounts. Form an LLC, get a bank account, and use that for paypal.

                                          Wait till you get $2500 per year coming in. Then they will freeze your account and ask you to identify yourself. If Nicolas isn't your first name on your passport they will lock the account and you can wait 6 months for them to release the balance.

                                          A better solution is to start a file sharing website like www.rapidshare.com and use PayPal for your payment processing. They like that because they like to be involved with content theft and people sharing illegal content.

                                          PayPal are stinking stupid inbreed scum.
