It is a free $150(ish) credit for Adwords.....

I played with them ages ago - I assume that's why I got this - but I never made it pay.

What do I do with it now?

Adult is a waste of time as far as I can tell.

If you're not getting results with adult, use it to test the Clonebox affiliate program, targeting mainstream. You just might find a new way to make decent money by getting in early before our own pages are all iver mainstream. Even if it brings zero sales it's cost you nothing to test it out.
