MFC business strategy that works well... (for new cam sites looking to emulate MFC)
1) Approve underage model.
2) Allow underage model to continue working all the way up to cuttoff, even after several complaints from several customers.
3) SURPRISE underage model with the news that she has been banned... RIGHT after cutoff, but BEFORE payment is sent. Keep all the money including models earnings. :1orglaugh

And another one of my personal favorites...
1) Leo requests model for sex, model declines.
2) Models boss steps in and wants to know why Leo is harassing her model... gets in heated argument with Leo, and boss tells Leo to fuck off.
3) Leo continues to harass said model demanding the street address of the (Philippines) studio after already informing said model that he has already helped NBI raid MANY other studios in the Philippines. Leo continues to tell said model that she will be "well taken care of" if she helps him get the studio raided...
4) Model shows loyalty to her boss and tells Leo to kick rocks.
5) Models account is deleted as if it never existed robbing model loyal to her studio boss of every dollar she has earned.:1orglaugh

1) Big spender buys a lot of tokens between 2 premium accounts.
2) Big spender logs in from another country (he travels for business) using same laptop but is denied access to account.
3) Big spender emails MFC to ask why his account is being blocked
4) MFC never replies to and ignores repeated emails.
5) Big spender decided to find new cam site to do business with. :1orglaugh

And my all time FAVORITE!!!
1) Porn producer has 4 premium accounts, one of them being platinum premium
2) Leo finds out porn producer is talking to models about (SHOCKS!! :eyecrazy:eek2 ) doing videos.
3) Leo gets jealous
4) Porn producer finds all four premium accounts with money still on them banned.
5) (Bonus for really enterprising webmasters) add filter to site so that any time ANY customer even mentions banned porn producers website, customer gets banned on suspicion that he might be that pesky porn producer again. :thumbsup

MFC is a great site... it's weakest link is Leo, and another site will eventually come along and destroy them by just replicating the site minus all the spying on customers, message archiving, lack of ultra shitty customer service, and personal beef bullshit. What would be a great formula for success is always being impeded by Leo's involvement in the site.

I have read threads here on GFY where other webmasters sued the fuck out of Leo for his piracy/password sharing sites and phishing sites and won. :winkwink:

My persona is straight up and brutally honest. I know that can tend to put some people off, but oh well. I am not in this business for friends... I am in this business for money. Friends are incidental byproducts of the relationships I develop, and I know who my friends are. If a person is standing up for himself on an industry board is what makes you choose personally to deny yourself the opportunity to profit from that persons product because you are "scared", so be it. Ir's your choice of course. Some people choose popularity on boards and are concerned with what their peers think of them personally. Some choose money and could care less what others think.

My affiliates who do push HMN are happy with the money they earn and ignore all the prissy little personality clashes on the boards. My personal belief is those affiliates who do ignore it, are themselves also in this business to make money... and making virtual friends via the internet is the furthest from their concern.

The only time I will shit-can an affiliates account is if he is doing something really dumb like misrepresenting my product, carding, or behaving in a very reckless manner where he happens to be promoting my product that puts others in danger. If I am the affiliate of a sponsor who even goes as far as behaving in a very bizarre manner on the boards, calling me a shit stain every 5 minutes or whatever, but his product is earning me good money, what the fuck do I care what he does on the boards? I have a tough enough exterior and don't feel the need to be taking what is said for opinions on the boards personally.

I don't even have a basic free account on MFC but I know quite a few webmasters and photogs who talk to MFC girls about modeling, video work etc and never heard of MFC interfering or banning them.

Maybe he deals with Asians differently.

i dont know u, and i dont really judge guys on gfy for how they behave, especially when attacked here (we all get attacked) - i just want to mention the picture sharing is creative. i rarely look at sigs unless there is a picture (not a banner). your picture sharing marketing strategy is a good way to increase awareness about your program. if guys don't like it, they can easily put u on their ignore list. if they dont, that means they want to read what u write.

gfy is full of assholes, but that's just because gfy ALLOWS us to be assholes. most of us work a lot of hours, alone (or with kids screaming outside the door), and stare at our monitors way too long to be healthy. gfy has always been the place to let off some steam during or after a hard session of work. if i spend 3 hours answering support questions - and being nice - i need to be a dick for a few minutes. thats why i come to gfy.

i defend myself against attacks, but i dont take it personally and i definitely dont take it outside gfy. im not going to drown my sorrows in a scotch because some idiot said bad things about me. he probably just had a bad day (or is an inadequate fuck). no big deal lol
