the way the dumb 2257 law is written it is - agents and producers who are careful will get a foreign girl a California drivers license, it only takes a week to get one from what a photog told me. as long as she has a US photo ID she's shootable. i'm sure some foreign girls come and do shoot without a US photo ID - odds of getting nailed on something like that are pretty long. haven't heard of any 2257 inspections in a long time.I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. if its that easy to get a drivers license i am not surprised about the amounts of accidents - lol
and do the girls also get a working visa? or are they all on "vacation"? never thought about how that works, for musicians or actors it must be the same but they hardly can hide their work unlike the modelsComment

The change on the law that requires a Valid US ID, was intended to prevent foreigners from working in the USA illegally it is an immigration law. It is the same as hiring an illegal immigrant to clean your house.
The safer thing to do is to fly the girl out of the states and shoot her on a foreign land.
