just heard back from guys at Degban they managed to get Pornbb down for now, untill they start removing my content . the host is being cooperative, they might come back online either by startign to remove or just migrate but for now it is a small victory, last month it was Oron.com and this month pornbb.org

DMCA does not mean it must go down.. a site can receive DMCA 's until the infinite... it doesn mean the host must take it down, unless they ignore the dmcas... but DMCA's protect those pirate guys..

Maybe they were slow to respond to the DMCAs. You can't ignore them forever.

There's nothing on their site about them taking down pornbb. Nor anything I can find on the news services. Weird. You'd have thought they'd be crowing!

If a web host looked at the site they would see it's nothing but links to pirated videos. I doubt many web hosting companies want to host that kind of site especially when they start getting tons of emails(DMCA etc).

That site has switched host several times, I'm sure they'll just move it again.
