How are the Secured Servers ?
 

anybody here used them ?
how is their up-time and support.?

i am thinking of buying their $58 box with 2 gigs ram and 1gbps up-link with 3.2tb bandwidth. total $68.

what are your views ?

Uptime is great. Price is great. Product is great. Support is terrible.

I should add that maybe their support is better now. My support issue with them is from months ago. I wrote them twice about their managed services and they never replied. I'm sure I could have ICQ'd corvette and got a quick response but I didn't want to bother him.

do they provide unlimited reboots and / unlimited os reloads., jus tcurious., unlike i have seen few, which charges for reboots, like 20 bucks.

I host with a few places and you really can't beat them for the price. Yep, they do free os reloads and they have a remote reboot so you can do it yourself.

I believe you can reboot from the control panel without charge. Anyone who charges $20 for a reboot needs to be reported to ripoffreport.com and outed on webhostingtalk.

I agree for the most part. I've had an issue in the past but it was resolved and my downtime was credited. Support is decently quick and the prices are outstanding.
