                      What is the netto rev after deducting any advertising fees etc.

                          No money, and no the site is not actively generating revenue. It's a famous domain because the location is world famous for mongering if your familiar with the craft in fact it's the only location outside of Vegas in North America that gets as much foot traffic for mongers.

                          Gets type in traffic as it's popular term around 5000 visits a month from type in. Notice I'm selling the domain and not a business. The price would be far more. I'm very sure of what's working on the site and what isn't I would have included stats if it received enough and I would have included revenue if there was any. There isn't. This is a sale for a domain and if you want the website which runs on WordPress and OptimizePress/MagicMembers than you can have that too. These two scripts are worth 200 bucks together. Thus the upped price tag.

                          No revenue. Haven't had time. Thus why I'm selling it.
