thank you very much for all the help setting up my new VPS today :)

being a noobie to DirectAdmin, i had some stupid questions, and support took about 30 minutes to make sure everything was up and running perfectly :)

nice to have such helpful support available for live chat, i am used to having to use support tickets all the time

Qft. They use neutrinos to time travel back before you submitted the ticket, so when you submit it, it's already done.

Although we are moving our sites away from AmeriNoc, I do agree that their response times on service requests is very fast!

I love me my AmeriNoc - and my long term relationship with them. Sometimes I think that they take care of my tickets so fast just so I won't bug them with my idiotic, poorly phrased questions anymore.

AmeriNoc support seems to know what I'm talking about even when I don't. I'd have a very hard time using anyone else.

i ordered a server and they had it ready in about an hour with a few script installs. pretty impressive on the support.

They have been really top notch lately. Been helping us out with some stuff.
