How much dangerous could it be promoting tubes

in this article http://www.xbiz.com/news/138678 this sentence "...as well as 100 John Does and 100 John Doe companies, presumably its advertising clients...." made me ponder and worry not a little......Does this mean that even who promote the tubes who acted spuriously are subjects to charges?

Did you drive traffic (victims) to sites with fraudulent billing? Did you make money off of stolen content? ..... Think about it.

yes that's a clear answer! thx.
But how can ppl know if a tube stole content ?
That would be impossible.....none could just keep watching all the tube's content.....
what could be the worst scenario if someone got caught promoting a tubesite who stolen content from a regular producer ? just paying, as penalty, an amount of money more or less based on how much it could made you gain?

so you never send a single hit to nasty dollars nore trade traffic with a single site that used their galleries

https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=9879...light=underage

and you do a perfect job of screening every single trade partner, as well as every sponsor BEFORE you ever send a single hit of traffic.

you probably need a bit more official legal advice, but if there is videos longer than 5 mins on the lander i think it would be hard claiming ignorance
