Ok, I'm getting caught up on some shows I missed that I heard were decent. Started with Son's of Anarchy, WOW! Great show! On season 2 already and totally hooked. Some great audacious moments in there, gotta love those writers! If you haven't seen it, my advice is get it on Netflix or DVD and start from the pilot episode, otherwise you have no investment in the characters and watching it wouldn't be the same. :thumbsup

I will be interested in your opinion after watching the second season.

Ok, finished the second season. Have to agree with Julius here. :1orglaugh

Gets worse as it goes along in my opinion. A good drinking game would be to take a shot every time someone hugs someone. Would end up with alcohol poisoning.

It just really dragged out the story lines too much with ridiculous twists and turns.

I don't disagree with the opinions above, but still think it's one of the best shows around.

Can anyone recommend something else that's worth watching?

Breaking Bad, Boardwalk Empire, Game Of Thrones, The Shield, Deadwood, The Walking Dead, Falling Skies, Rome, Spartacus,...

I never imagined I would like a TV show about a motorcycle gang.

Falling Skies was a let down. I hear good things about Boardwalk Empire, but I don't have HBO so I'll just watch it like the Sopranos - On DVD when the entire series is over.

I agree that not all of those series are of the same quality. The Shield or Deadwood or The Wire for example are way better than Falling Skies or The Walking Dead in regards to production quality, storylines, acting etc, but Falling Skies or The walking Dead are still enjoyable to watch.

Would be better if there was just a hint of reality, ya know you cant kill two people a day, spit on their bodies, only wear gloves half the time and pretend that you will never be at least questioned and DNA doesn't exist.

Soap opera, not saying not to watch it though.

Yeah, I feel that way about White Collar, Covert Affairs, and Warehouse 13. I record them, and I'll watch them during my lunch when I have nothing better to watch.
