A bookmarker on one of my sites asked the meaning of this tattoo on Phoenix Marie.
It's two Asian characters... anyone know the actual meaning?

It's Chinese (not Japanese), and the character combo is not so common, but roughly translated it means, Proud/Pride and Faith.

Someone fluent in Chinese can maybe translate better... :)
