Yes they burn bandwidth and have no CC to use (arguably), but they are still a unique hit and can be traded with another site for an 18+ visitor, provided the other site has no way of knowing they are underage or does not care. If possible I would like a way to know when a visitor is underage and send all their clicks to trades. Mwahaha.
