Anyone got a contact of some helpful support person from there? Someone like Michael O from epass would be perfect... Live support keeps telling me to wait...

Payoneer could have dominated, they had the best start (big sponsors already using them) - but by largely ignoring the business on all levels, others like Paxum have shared the cake.

I have never seen a company like Payoneer.. I have personal account that does an average of 55k monthly.. Since September of last year we have emailed, completed online forms, called, and emailed again asking for a Commercial Account. No own ever, not once contacted us.

When you call you speak to some who tells you that the sales department will contact you.

If you have a problem with your account it is impossible to get anything but a canned answer and they never do as they promise.

We would switch to Paxum but all of our people both payees and the people that pay us are commited to Payoneer..

It really sucks.. and as you said they were in a great position to have it all.

When you're running a front for example for drug dealing, you really don't care how business goes there. It just has to exist as a method for you to clean your money.

Likewise, Payoneer is likely just a Mossad funding operation. It is a way for terrorist states like Israel to issue money to their agents to commit murder and international terrorism. Who knows, maybe they are the ones that gave passports to those Israeli terrorists from customers that uploaded them? When the Payoneer CEO is an "ex" Mossad agent you need to be careful because there is no telling how far the Mossad will go when it comes to lying, cheating, defrauding, killing, kidnapping and manipulating to get what they want.

Don't support terrorism? Then don't support Payoneer.

We don't really have business accounts, unless you mean being a partner. I'm not sure who you talked to, but I"m really sorry you had such a negative experience.

Please feel free to email me and I WILL forward you information to the appropriate people and make sure it gets taken care of. We have no interest in dropping the ball in these cases at all.

As long as the business is legit (and most of the adult ones are legit for us, as long as they don't involve child porn, etc.), then it isn't a problem.
