Better to use the word "program" vs "scheme". Scheme has a negative connotation here in the US, usually referring to fraud.

LOL! I was just going to write that. Scheme is a bad word.

Rebel D 09-12-2011 11:26 AM

these are really great people to deal with.

porno jew 09-12-2011 11:55 AM

congrats on your latest "scheme."

topwebmodels_chris 09-12-2011 11:56 AM

Yea, i thought it was going to be something negative... Scheme sounds like you guys are plotting something....

Zester 09-12-2011 11:59 AM

not enough niches for me
"fetish" is not a niche

TubeSubmitters 09-12-2011 12:04 PM

Nice webmaster percentage...
1 Month signup = $8 commission (26.7%), cost to surfer=$29.95
2 Month signup = $12 commission (25.5%), cost to surfer=$46.95
3 Month signup = $18 commission (25.7%), cost to surfer=$69.95
6 Month signup = $34 commission, (25%) cost to surfer=$135.95

Good luck offering around 25% recurring.

iamtam 09-12-2011 12:08 PM

At 25% recurring, you are unlikely to get a whole bunch of webmasters.

your commissions should be 50%, and your ticket price in line with what you want to pay webmasters. your $8 payout should mean a $15.99 ticket price to consumers.

not in this case.

you must remeber that tac gets a % you get a % and also the person who uploaded his/her content too.

its not a 50/50 thing.

but you should find you get more re-bills as people upload all the time.

DVTimes 09-12-2011 01:26 PM

By the way, on tac is my mate Penny.

Now that's what I call a scheme.

ruff 09-12-2011 05:40 PM

I'm an affiliate. Since you use CCBill why do you make the minimum payout $100.00?

KillerK 09-12-2011 06:26 PM

So in-order to make $50 (1 sale somewhere else)

I have to sell 6 people or get people to rebill 5 times.

No way are you keeping people on average 6 months. Now you may convert better with true amateur traffic, but regular webmasters aren't going to make more.

The Porn Nerd 09-12-2011 06:56 PM

Ouch. That's all I can say: ouch.

Not being a true 50/50 but appearing as one is the "scheme" here - and I know, you meant 'program' or whatever. Hehehe.

But the girl get's her cut, you the affiliate get your cut, the TAC peeps get their cut - it SHOULD be a 33/33/34 "scheme" (sorry, can't help using that again). But instead, the way you have things worded/structured, it appears like a 50/50 thing. Capiche?

Whatever, not my issue. Best of luck on your scheme/program! :)

lopez 09-13-2011 12:07 AM

If you run an amateur network with 250+ content producers, or one paysite with 1 content producer makes no difference. The content production is the program owners cost, and if you wanna compete, the affiliate should get 50% of the sale. If not even more, as you don't have any costs that come with producing content at all.

Better not to say BIGGEST considering we have 10 times more amateurs and 20 times more videos and double the pics on mydirtyhobby.com ...

gotta know your market man!

Nathan 09-13-2011 12:57 AM

I might be interested to buy TAC though... :) So let me know if you want to talk, eMail in my sig.

i'd better wish they remove traffic leaks from affiliate tours, revshare rate is pretty ok for me. it's not a regular paysite, so it shouldn't be 50%

can i ask you to enable webmaster referral program for it (at least for my acc daizzzy)

TACNet 09-15-2011 05:13 PM

Hi All

Sorry for the delay in replying.

First off thanks for the heads up on the word scheme. I'll remember that in future

With regards to commission rates, its really not about percentages but the actual amount you get in your pocket at the end of the day.

Yes we do pay the girls a portion of the signup aswell. (This allows us to offer true amateur home made content rather than the bought stuff you see every day). We can do this because the size of the network means we get away with charging a little more ($29.95)

Consider this - A typical single girl site would charge say $16.00 (SC is $14.95) and offer a 50% commission scheme so you get $8

Now if the same girl is on TAC.... you still get your $8.... but the user also gets access to over 250 additional sites, daily updates, 10,000 videos etc etc

Which site do you think the user is more likely to join ?

Believe me, the TAC model WORKS as weve been running it for over 10 years now

Hope that clarifies things and hit me up if you have any queries

Thanks

We dont use ccbill on the affiliate sales as we have our own merchant account so we can bypass ccbill

babymaker 09-15-2011 05:51 PM

Looks interesting :) not worried about % since it's cost per click that matters and this should sell great :)

TMM_John 09-15-2011 05:53 PM

Very nice, now you just need some NATS! :)

(very shameless, I know)

IllTestYourGirls 09-15-2011 06:18 PM

I am still unsure how the affiliate thing works. How can I earn up to $68 per sign up AND rebill?

What typical sites charge $16? Seems you are out of the loop a tad.

BSleazy 09-15-2011 11:24 PM

Nate is buying it :)

As an affiliate for TAC amateurs, do I get credit for a sale to TAC Amateurs 2? You have both options on the sign up pages of your girls.

Yes you do. Users also have the option of signing up to both networks (TAC2 is at a 50% discount) and you get credited for that aswell
