Are you looking to build one or to buy one?

if I can find a service with a good easy to use site builder tool I am happy to build one, but it would be great to buy a ready made site/cms if I can get one at a low price.

Actually, it would be optimal if I can find a site that works for the web as well as all mobile devices.

At the moment I use Wix but its a flash site so it is not the best solution.

any suggestions?
