When building a site do you use a color matcher?
 

I have always used http://kuler.adobe.com to find matching colors.

Do you bother with this or how do you decide?

Basically I realized today I choose the same colors all the time like my mind tricks me into them being the best for everything.

I use this one http://colorschemedesigner.com/

I usually use free css templates or wordpress themes, so no need for that :)

I like the trending page on there, great for inspiration.

Ditto - and http://www.javascripter.net/faq/rgbtohex.htm to eyedrop and convert a common base color from a photo, then create a palette through CSD. All of ManPuppy.com is colored to complement Jockstrap Central model Clint's coloring. (Really. Yup. That's how gay I am.)
