Only 30 - 70 emails per hour? I can do that by hand. I heard that the really good mailers can do 1000 - 2000 per min.

I wouldn't even consider it based on the fact that it is not a completely autonomous solution. I certainly don't want to rely on someone else for the selection and maintenance of proxies.
