i can't help but thinking that this sort of site would generate lots of chargebacks as well, which might tip the scrubbing overall making it harder for the rest of us to convert.

CCBill is processing for a BUNCH of these types of sites. You think pre-check cross sells were bad, look around and see how they are processing for all these sites. :thumbsup

i just talked to ron about this, this site is now turned off, and Monday we are going to evaluate how to change our aup to reflect file sharing/storage sites that store this type of content.
