If they find out they will shut you down. Yahoo doesn't like their name being used (abused). You might as well register www.yahoo9.com or whatever, it's the same. Not a good chance of survival here.

About the best they can do is send a C&D and hope they scared you into submission.

Find the sucks site that won and reference that case in a letter back to them telling htem you would be more than happy to take them to court and have them pay for both of your legal fees when they lose.

No...I own www.yahoocares.com. I'm going to make a parody site to yahoo with it. The yahoo.vu acts as a good inticator that yahoo cannot scoop it just because the have a TM.

Fuckedcompany made the site yahotties.com. He was down after a week and he doesn't typically cave unless it's serious.
