Of all the potential new adult tlds I think .gay could have the most success. If I had the money to risk I would go for that one. I could see that catching on with the gay community if marketed right and could have a lot of value in those domains for that rather large niche.

You could go for .porn or .sex or .adult but all of those compete with each other and the whole thng will be diluted and make them all worthless basically. However, the one and only gay tld would be .gay and no other tld to compete with and a market that would embrace it and use it.
