Can anyone recommend a good programmer?

I know I could of made a thread in the hiring section, but that would just get me a bunch of leads for people who have to fight for jobs. I'm looking for some experienced programmers who know what they're doing when it comes to things like affiliate tracking, and xsales.

I'd appreciate any good recommendations :)

Thanks

lol if you're knowledgeable enough to be able to do custom tracking and xsale solutions, sure hit me up.

What makes you need a custom solution over an existing solution?

He's probably thinking about the price, otherwise, as long as there's an existing script out there that has proven to deliver the goods and it covers the main features you're after, i don't see the need for a custom solution either.

If you want to run paysites and $150/mo is too much for the software that runs your entire paysite backend, then you probably shouldn't be opening paysites.

After a year, you're talking about $1800. You're not going to get anything even decently built for $1800, let alone something anywhere near what a product like NATS can offer you.

Some people like to believe that it's a price issue (some even lower their price because they believe that's the case!), but it's really very very rarely a pricing issue. And for those who it is a pricing issue for generally (not always!) don't succeed much.

Its not a price issue at all, but rather an issue of functionality. From what I'm told, NATs isn't able to do things the way I want, and therefore I need a custom solution, with xsale management functions as well.

If NATs could do what I wanted, I'd have it already :)

It almost can I guess, but not exactly...if you wanna talk let me know your ICQ and maybe we can work something out, but I doubt you guys would make modifications just for me lol.

I'd be happy to discuss it with you rather than have you make a decision based on misinformed third party feedback. NATS runs the majority of and many of the largest affiliate programs in the industry. If there is something you need that it cannot do (which I doubt is even the case) I'm sure we can make it happen. You would be amazed what we'd do for you. We care about our customers whether they are large or small. Many of today's large players in this industry were our small customers years ago.

I don't do ICQ any more. You should be able to send me a message on AIM "JohnA1078" with icq tho. Or you are always welcome to reach me at the office, 732-385-1536 x1111 (but I won't be in there until Tuesday).
