[WTB] Need some modifications in my website
Hello,
Im looking for a coder that could help me change a few things at my website.
www.diabinhas.com is an adult website that have 3 categories: Escorts, Sexshops and Strip Clubs.

Where first the user needs to choose If he want to advertise escort, sexshop or strip club:
- If Escort, will appear conditions text and a link below saying "Continue" where If they click, will go to the registration form like the link above (currently I only have one field to upload main photo, I need more 5 fields to upload photos, with this option: http://www.apartadox.nl/acompanhantesPorto/anuncie.php to add more photos). After the form completed, the ad will be pending until the admin approval (current setting)
- If choose Sexshop, will appear conditions text and costs and a link below saying "Continue" where If they click, will go to a different form like the link above but with less options. After the form completed, will appear an payment information text (http://screensnapr.com/v/4rvPec.jpg) and the ad will be pending until the admin approval (current setting).
