Just had a somewhat desperate situation in which our sites were down but I could not reach our Server Admin guy.

I got on with WebAir support and they went the extra mile to resolve the problem and get our sites back online, despite us having a non-standard configuration that was a little bit out of their area of responsibility.

Would've been a LONG weekend of zero sales if they didn't step in and assist. Thanks guys.

they do have great support however the sites seems to be going down A LOT :(
