How often does DC get earf quakes?

Honestly having lived in Indiana, Texas and now AZ I've never been so fortunate as to experience an earth quake, so I probably wouldn't have a clue what was happening either until someone told me.

I don't think I would run off blaming the earfquake on the turrurists though. He also screwed up security.
