I honestly don't know of too many scripts out there. The barrier to entry is still very high. You can always go the "White Label" route.

Think creatively - take an existing tube package like http://www.smart-scripts.com/194/ (talk to godsmack about ideas) and use the VOD system that is actually built in. :)

Yes, STP can be setup to funtion as VOD system.
