cashcard recommendation??
 

Anyone know any good cashcard service.. Basically a cashcard is a mastercard that lets you load funds to it from another debit card/credit card and sometimes a bank account..

I had unionpluscashcard but they stopped their services in december.. I saw a couple but which ones are good?

pin based merchants? lets say i want to buy a new computer from dell.com using epassporte card.. can i do it?

the epassporte is a virtual cashcard. they give you a 16 digit number, an exp. date and a CVV so you can use it online.
you can also get an electron card to give your epassporte card that you can use to withdraw cash or purchase at pin based merchants.

well, so if i go to the mall and buy clothes for $1000 and they accept only credit card then im screwed.. damn the other cashcard i had worked as both debit/credit when i use it in stores

well, i don't know of any others aside from the paypal debit card.
