The CashX scam
 

After nearly 2 weeks of waiting for my ticket to get answered(it never was) and threatening to report them to the local PD and reported them to the BBB, the $1k+ that was in my account suddenly disappeared. My balance is 0.00, my prepaid card's balance is 0.00, so they basically just took the money and ran.

This may finally be the thing that does it! So exciting!!!

So basically they are done.

AlertPay have opened a civil claim against Terry and CashX in the supreme court of British Columbia. The handsome sum of $227,070.00

Terry and CashX currently have a Garnishing order for the same claim.

Well, the owners are Russian afaik, but they are a BVI company, however all financial services are provided by a UK company and the cards issued by "a Cyprus registered e-Money company"... So basically 3 bogus companies with P.O. Boxes.

The sponsors who had CashX as one of the alternative payout methods have done the lousiest due diligence in history. There can't have been one. This guy is a pro scammer and the red flags was everywhere in 2010.
