Prease help me make sense of Video stuff.
 

Ok all the googling and stuff I keep seeing that mp4 is the file which plays on cell phones most often mentioned specifcally android.

i view source and i dont see an mp4 file accept detachplayer-mp4.php but thats a php file not mp4..

but that video plays on an android..

when i convert videos with AVS to mobile/android the quality becomes crap and when i tinker with it, it still becomes crap.
also, the widthXheight would also be seen by regular Computer users and be retarded if i used the small sized mp4.



is there some script where i can upload a high quality wmv file and just embed the player on a page with the video and it will auto detect if its a computer or a phone and play the right video.. all the researching and for some reason i just cant seem to grasp the video aspect
