Down 20% in one day and after a few bounces, I think it'll head lower still.

It was down 20% yesterday too. Put options up 1XXX% in two days.

They should come out with a well made affordable win 7 tablet.

They are out of the tablet and phone business and looking to sell their PC business.

I cannot understand this. They are big in printers and servers. It must be the personal computers. They do not sell as good as before.

No kidding.... HP isn't going anywhere.... this is definitely a buy opportunity.

They make shit computers and even shittier printers. This is the equivalent of cutting off a cancerous limb - it will hurt for a bit but it's for the best.

My guess is the executives children all prefer apple, even over free HP product.

Well, I've owned a bunch of LaserJet printers and IMO they're the best laser printer on the market. Know who makes a really crappy product? Brother. Samsung. Those are some seriously crappy laser printers.

I've opened up a Brother to pull out the cartridge, and had the toner spill out all over the floor. What do you think the yield is on those things? Not much, really.

But I've only bought a couple cartridges for my LaserJet 1012 and holy shit they last for years. And the toner prints extremely consistently. I've never had any issues at all.

And it's super fast.

Agree. Got a HP printer this summer as it had good design (Envy) for my office. Couldn't get the quality (DPI) that was promised and found tons of others on their supportforums with the same issue. No replies there and nada on email and phone. Needless to say I sold it a couple of days later.
