Potential Twitter TOS issue - advice needed
 

So I have a very big twitter at the moment (over 100,000 followers) and I get a lot of "haters". Some girl was going mental at me so I posted her pic on Yfrog and asked the followers if "this looks like the kind of girl who takes massive amounts of dick". I then deleted it 5 mins later.

This girl is now going ape shit about it, saying she has a screenshot and is going to have my account pulled for using her pic without permission.

Does anyone here know the deal with Twitters TOS? I looked into it a bit and found that "bullying" is not something they personally handle and they cannot be held responsible for media posted on third party sites (such as Yfrog or Twitpic).

Anyone here know if I should be worried? The tweet was deleted literally 5 mins after I tweeted it.

Yes you should be worried. The act itself was very stupid but combine that with your ties to the adult industry and this makes it even worse. It was a dumb thing to do. I hope you at least apologized.

According to their terms you can't necessarily have your account suspended over this, especially since it involves a 3rd party site they don't own. Her complaints over her picture being posted without consent is another issue, however she would have to pursue it and that's not always an affordable thing to do.

Doubt it really. Tweet was deleted after 5 mins, no proof but a screenshot. They have nothing.

says this in the fine print in their TOS

You have to look at the twitter TOS to see if it address your specific issue. We have written to twitter before and they have pulled accounts that were impersonating etc

I don't keep count. All I know is: 100k follow me and my timeline is a constant stream of feedback that rarely stops for more than 10 seconds.
