Look at Medi-Cal the California medical care for welfare recipients. It lost 1 Billion a year. But nobody figured on hiring 1,176 agents to recover the cash at a cost of $100 million? Could have paid the agents $85,000 and received some of the best in their fields to track down that fraud and strike fear in the hearts of shitheads all over the state...
