I Need a WordPress Guru !

I created a design/template in html and css that needs to be implanted into wordpress,
started to do it myself, but to much hassle for me.

So i'm looking for somebody that could do the job, since I need prolly 1 week.
If you know your way with css/wp/widgets it shouldn't be that hard to do.

For this blog I also make use of "NextGEN Gallery", if you have worked with that a few times that's great.
It's nothing fancy that I need done with it.
