Website valuation - $2-3k/month revenue
Hi guys,
I'm considering selling one of my websites, it's gay orientated community type service online for almost 4 years and with great position in google. Currently it brings between $2000-3000 a month as webcam program affiliate. What are the criteria of website valuation apart from revenue? Thanks for help Tom |
Work involved, source of traffic, reliability of current sponsor, 12 month trend, does it come with the current account (including rebills)...
Just a few things I would consider. |
you can get up to 12xrevenue and maybe some extra cash if there is room for some better promotion
but you need to have steady traffic and revenue trends |
Expect anywhere from $15K to $24K offers.

It really depends on a lot of factors, most of which Sly outlined. You can get up to 12 month revenue, maybe even more if it's real established and most of the converting traffic is free. Otherwise, you may be looking at as little as 4-5 month revenue.

It's going to depend on length, girth, thrust, lube, and six pack abs.
|
most importantly, is that GROSS or NET revenue?
take your gross revenue minus operating costs *4 to 10 = sale price range |
