Until washington starts working on something other than getting re-elected.

Seems like an interesting proposition as long as people and companies really participate.

until they find out that their coffee beans are stuck in customs for the next 3 months due to some paperwork error... :1orglaugh

Good on him. That said, I think donations should be outlawed entirely but that's just IMO.
