Any toon contest sites out there?
 

i'm looking for sites like LogoTournament where I can do a contest for a caricature toon. Freelancer.com has contests now but I wasn't much impressed with the quality of the artist's submissions.

any others i can look at?

try fiverr? can't hurt to try a bunch of people at 5 bucks each
